Biography Scents of Self is a new concept in fragrance layering dseigned by perfumer Sarah Horowitz. A fragrance designer since the late 1980s, Sarah has created over 10,000 signature scents and developed perfumes that have sold in high-end stores, including Nordstrom, Barneys, Fred Segal, Harrods and Henri Bendel. Sarah continues to experiment with and evolve her craft, growing her business by training apprentices in the fine art of perfume creation, all the while striking the delicate balance of entrepreneurship with her equally important role as mother to her daughters Jessica and Gianna, and wife to artist Greg Thran.
