Eau D'Italie is an exclusive fragrance line of the luxurious hotel Le Sirenuse of Positano, a beautiful little town at the Amalfi Coast (Costiera Amalfitana) in the south of Italy, a pearl included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Positano, known as a town of painters, is situated close to the famous Sorrento and the Capri Island. The fragrance line project was initiated by Marina Sersale, a daughter of one of the deceased patriarchs, Paolo Sersale, and Sebastián Alvarez Murena, who have in 2004 initiated the whole Le Sirenuse fragrant project by creating the first of the fragrances, Eau d’Italie, in order to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Le Sirenuse.
