Jul et Mad Paris is a new fragrance brand created by Julien Blanchard and Madalina Stoica-Blanchard. The story of the couple—and the brand—began with a chance meeting at a Parisian sidewalk café. Madalina Stoïca, originally from Romania and a graduate of New York's Fashion Institute of technology, was visiting Paris. Julien Blanchard—scholar, entrepreneur and world traveler—was in the right place at the right time.
