With a childhood spent around the heady scents of couscous and the spice of Spanish tapas, Nathalie honed her nose between three cultures – Algeria, Spain and France – before leaving for the USA. “Better remorse than regret” is the motto that guides the frantic pace of her life in New York, as she rushes between flamenco classes, running and spending time with her family. A chemistry graduate of Toulouse University, the very first time Nathalie stepped into the world of perfumery, she knew it was the profession for her.
