Ilias Ermenidis is a renowned perfumer known for his remarkable mastery of fragrances. Born in Constantinople, Ermenidis spent his early childhood in the city before moving to Athens. His fascination with fragrances began during his summer internships at his father's flavors and fragrance factory in Istanbul. This passion led him to study perfumery in Paris, where he attended the prestigious ISIPCA. Ermenidis was the first perfumer trainee to be hired by the fragrance company Firmenich.
